I’ll be running a workshop on remote and camera trap photography at this year’s Wildscreen Photography Festival (formerly known as WildPhotos)!
During the three hour workshop I will cover the basics of firing your camera remotely and go on to explain how you can achieve unique results using devices such as BeetleCams and Copters. I will also cover camera trapping, discussing triggering methods, off camera lighting set-ups, environmental protection and power considerations. At the end there will be a question and answer session.
Since running my workshop last year, I have founded Camtraptions Ltd, experimented with copters for filming wildlife, and developed my own motion sensor triggers for DSLR cameras. I will feed these new developments into this year’s workshop.
My workshop will run on Friday 24 October between 10.30-13.30. For more information and for tickets visit Wildscreen Photography Festivals.
Make sure you stay up-to-date on all the Camtraptions developments by signing up to the newsletter, or by following us on Facebook.
